Responsibilities:
- Completing the assemblies and subassemblies included in the production schedule within the required deadlines, ensuring product quality and achieving the objectives set out in the individual employment contract;
- Availability to travel on business trips to customer sites, both in Romania and abroad.
Requirements:
- Solid technical knowledge, including the ability to read technical drawings;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical/mechanical field;
- Graduate of a technical high school or vocational school;
- Logical thinking, good memory, and strong attention to detail;
- Availability to work in two shifts;
- Forklift operator, overhead crane operator, or slinger/signaller certification is an advantage;
- Knowledge of tools, fixtures, and measuring/inspection equipment;
- Ability to perform dimensional inspections of manufactured parts using specific measuring and inspection equipment;
- Intermediate PC skills;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Flexibility and patience;
- Strong planning and organizational skills, as well as the ability to react quickly.
